01. GENERAL DELIVERY INFO
Orders from the Fransje Sophie online store will be shipped and delivered on working days from Monday to Friday. After your order has been registered, payment confirmed and all order items are available, Fransje Sophie undertakes to dispatch the order and observe the following delivery times: 3 to 5 days. We can only guarantee safe delivery of an order if the shipping address for the products is correctly entered by the Costumer, and the address is a home or office located in one of the countries listed in the Check-out menu.
02. SHIPPING INFORMATION
Fransje Sophie ships via PostNL. Shipping costs within the EU are free of charge. Outside the EU the exact price of each shipping depends on the country of delivery. Shipping price by country is estimated on the purchase process and displayed for your information and agreement. The shipping costs are excluding import duties. Fransje Sophie will only take care of the payment for shipping, other costs such as duties, taxes and other import charges are done by the Costumer. Costumer outside the EU do not pay VAT on the items they buy.
When your order is registered with the relevant shipper, you will receive your track & trace number. This allows you to track your shipment closely.
Upon delivery, you must inspect the package in order to check for possible damages. If you consider the products to be damaged, you shall not accept delivery, which will be returned. Fransje Sophie will refund the amounts paid for the order as soon as the return is received and the return process is complete.
The order is regarded accepted if, after receiving the order, the Costumer does return the order within the next 40 days.
03. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
You can return an item without stating your reasons for return within 40 days, counting from the day you receive your order. Make sure the package is securely sealed. The costs of the return or exchange will be paid by the customer. The product should be returned unused and, if possible, in its original packaging and always with the original hangtag.

Make sure to keep your track and trace information. Fransje Sophie is not responsible for missing packages or packages that are returned for unclear reasons. From the moment I receive the package at my company address, I can handle the return for you. We do not offer free return labels.
If the return is confirmed, you will be refunded the amount of the goods using the same payment method. Money back for returned goods is only done through the account/card used for the original purchase. This will take approximately 10 working days.
In the case of a simple exchange of an identical item, or for one of a different color or size, after checking product availability, it will be dispatched to the address you have indicated in the exchange process.
04. CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
You may cancel any order, in the case this has not yet been sent, please contact Fransje Sophie. Send an email to info@fransjesophie.com and request your order cancellation. If the cancelling request is accepted, you will be notified via e-mail on this decision and cancellation will be processed with no cost to you. If the cancellation request is not possible because the order has already been dispatched, the products will be shipped to you.
05. EXCHANGE AND RETURN TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Returns are only accepted within our return period of 40 days
- The items should be returned unworn and/or unwashed.
- The items should be free of food and makeup stains, body and cigarette odors.
- The items should not be altered or redesigned. If the item is faulty, no attempts to rectify the defect should be made.
- The original hangtag should be attached to the item.
- If reasonably possible, the item should be returned in the original packaging.
- The customer bears the return shipping risk.
- Insufficient or unstamped returns are not accepted.
- Please inform us about a faulty product and/or delivery errors within 14 days after your order delivery. When possible, please attach a detailed description of the issue and several photos (a close-up and a full-size image of the faulty/ damaged product).
- If our exchange and return conditions are not met, we reserve the right to return the product and charge you for the shipping costs.
- Gift cards and/or vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.
06. Claims
All items are quality controlled and checked before they are shipped. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please return the item.
A claim can only be accepted if the costumer have not used the item inappropriately and that the items is not defect due to the costumers handling.
RETURN PROCESS
- Make sure the items are in the same condition in which you received them, with all tags still attached.
- Place the item(s) in the original shipping box, or any other solid carton box. Close the box and tape it securely. Print and fill out the return-form sent to you by e-mail and put this along with the product. It is important that you write down your order number, name, e-mail and reason for the return.
- Fransje Sophie will not be responsible for the return shipment.
- If your return is accepted upon arrival, your return will be handled/refunded within 10 days from time of arrival of the item.
- Please note that the return delivery fee will NOT be refunded. Any items that are being returned must be in perfect condition without any visible signs or damage, and must have the original label attached. Returns are closely inspected upon delivery and we reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not match with these criteries.
