I want ‘sustainability’ to be the new fashion standard. So I make choices that make a positive impact. Like less is more. I choose to work with high end fabrics from Europe. And I produce all garments right here. In the Netherlands. Designed in Maastricht, our most sophisticated city.
1 MADE TO LAST
Fransje Sophie is all about creating timeless designs, to be worn in multiple ways. My collections consist of seasonless and long-lasting items, made in carefully selected materials. Designing for longevity, with use of more responsible materials, is the most important way of reducing the environmental footprint.
2 RESPONSIBLE SOURCING
I will always look for suppliers and manufacturers that share my vision.
Currently all garments are produced with suppliers in the Netherlands.

3 MATERIALS
I am aiming to only use materials made out of natural fibers, that are renewable, biodegradable and long lasting.
4 WRAPPING
I wrap all garments in recycled material and hereby I encourage the consumer to recycle the package.
Fransje Sophie is founded with the desire to make a difference with my creative skills. I choose quality over quantity. I try to produce guilt free and I produce very local. I choose ‘timeless’ over ‘trendy’. With my fashion label, I create impact and awareness by making conscious choices that are better for people and planet.
